How to Use:
- In a non-metallic container, mix in a ratio of 1 Premium Blonde Bleaching Powder to 2 measures Felps Color Emulsion in the appropriate volume for the chosen technique to achieve a creamy consistency
- After desired result is achieved, rinse thoroughly with warm water to completely remove product.
- Finish styling as desired
- For best results, use with the Felps Xrepair lines for treatment or Felps I'm Blonde for color maintenance
